Responsibilities: Handle daily work, clients’ reception, typing and documents checking, assist PA to take charge of hygiene management, and help Administrative Manager manage the administrative operations in head office and its branches and domestic publicizing.
Qualifications:
1.Age 22~35, undergraduate or higher level from key universities, good English skills, female ONLY;
2.Familiar with OFFICE software, ability to use PS ,CAD etc;
3.Good-looking, elegant and polite, good ethics, open-minded, good communication skills and resourceful;
4.Active, serious and innovation awareness;
5.Strong sense of team reputation and good team spirits;
6.Like working as an administrative secretary, able to overwork, preferably applicators with working experience in foreign-invested companies.
